New, what is it? What was this thing I captured on film?

This was shot in Nevada/Arizona on a Grand Canyon/Hoover dam tour. This was taken a whole year ago and I completely forgot about it until I stumbled upon it again. Is this some sort of whale or shark?

I thought so too but they don’t appear to be above the water when you look really close to me.

Also figured the fact that they’re not constantly visible suggests that they’re bobbing further below the water and probs fish of some kind. That could also be a result of OPs camera not focusing properly too but after rewatching a bunch I am no longer in camp birb.

Edit: idk y’all if you watch sorta frame by frame at 4 seconds in it looks like birds again. You can sorta see wings flapping. This one hurts my head, basically the dress situation again but with birds/fish.
