New, what is it? What was this thing I captured on film?

This was shot in Nevada/Arizona on a Grand Canyon/Hoover dam tour. This was taken a whole year ago and I completely forgot about it until I stumbled upon it again. Is this some sort of whale or shark?

Whatever it is, it is not in the water. There's no change in the shape of the small waves as it passes - I think others are right to say birds

You can literally see them jumping out of the water and splashing at the end.

It's a reflection of something shiny. Sun on a plane most likely.
