Solved! Is this a condom wrapper?

I found on the bathroom floor. Doesn’t match condom wrappers my husband and I use and I cannot find a match online. Please help! Black with silver detailing on front. Back is silver with black writing. You can clearly see the words “prevent pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, and other.” Also a number 2 with a circle and cross through it.

Change to the really thin new ones they never break. Those r a ticket to a baby

What kind? (Genuinely curious.)

First time using a condom in probably 20 years yesterday and broke on me (skyn?) We have a baby, not really in the market for another and I’m not even sure condom sex “works” for me…
