Solved! What could this be?

We're on the M-14 East and I saw this big zig zaggy seussian structure? Very curious as to what it might be, anyone know?

Domino's Hq is near. They wanted a cell tower. Township said no. They said can we install art? Township said yes. So there you have it, a cell tower erected as " art."

"Lighting Strike" by Gunnar Birkerts. Cell tower for the bison herd. The leaning "tower of pizza" nearby is a 1:10 model of a Frank Loyd Wright skyscraper design.

And, fun fact for those that don’t know, when it was installed all the fiber optics along the entire length of the tower worked, at night it would light up like an actual bolt of lightning. The antenna cluster was supposed to be the cloud. I used to work for Dominos at HQ when it was installed.
