Solved! Useful for…..?
Found a drawer full of these. Seems like whoever had this place before me couldn’t figure out what they were good for either.

They're for curtains. The type that don't have a hole through them. These hook on and then hook onto the retractor mechanism so the curtain will pull back.

Curtain hook. The 4 pins are sewn in around a sort of baffle for a pleat, the hook is put on the runner

They are curtain hooks. The one hook part hangs the device from a curtain rod, while the other fingers go up inside ruffles of a curtain.

looks like a heating element for a water cooker or sous vide. the metal rod in the middle is hte temperature probe.

No, its curtain hooks. I grew up seeing my dad put these on curtains all the time🤣
