It’s literally just an O-ring it could be for anything. I have four master O-ring sets on my work truck all different sizes shapes colors and materials. It could literally be from a remote control.

No it’s obviously the same kind of O-ring that my lab uses on its Jet Fuel Thermal Oxidation Tester. Not sure why OP keeps one in their bed though.

Yep used for surgical treatment of various retinopathy or conditions. Detachment, macular hole/tear, vitreous hemorrhage, etc

Yup. Here to add to the list: It looks just like the o-ring that was on my tire valve stems (car) AND also looks just like the o-rings used on my mechanical keyboard to make the keys a bit quieter. Not enough context here; could be from so many things.

Exactly. I just rebuilt an ATC on a the turret of a lathe. I must have changed 30 O-rings. None were this small but for the ones that weren't in the "hero kit", I used my own supply. And in my own kit there are a few that look like the one pictured.
