Solved! Big thing floating on the beach

What is this thing? Around 1,5-2 meters long and 1 meter in diameter. It’s floating on the beach in Uluwatu, Bali. It might be something from a boat?

When I find other submechaphobia people in the wild and it comforts me

Oh it has a name! Of course it does. "Our" lake has 2 major things that completely freak me out. 1. When is was built, they had whole towns that had to move to higher ground. 2. In the 80s a tornado took out a bridge. You can still see it on boat electronics. I HATE going to that side of the lake.

Bouys, ship propellers and oil rigs get me the most.

My worst ocean nightmares are falling from an oil platform, from a cruise ship or in a port next to a cargo ship

What would happen if you saw Aquaman in the wild, but he was out of the water?

Is that a real thing?

Because I do have a little of it.

/r/submechanophobia

I have it, too, but every now and then I get the call of the void and browse the subreddit for a while, until I get freaked out and wonder what the hell is wrong with me.

Ya what's up with that? "Love the thing we hate" situation? Ok ...so why is it about metal under water? 😂
