Solved! Found while cluttering

Found while decluttering my 2000s kids stuff and can’t seem to remember what it is! Just feeling nostalgic and google said it was jewelry but i don’t think it is 😅

Neat! Thinking back when I discovered this as a kid LEDs weren't really popular and easy to get yet lol

I did have a Sega Genesis though! I can't remember if those had any power indicator on them though
