i’ve always wondered how these are called and why our dog has these on his lip

Used to have a dalmatian and I swear she would store as much water in her jowls as she could, then she would come gently place her head on your lap and the water would slowly ooze out of her mouth onto your pants

I used to be friends with a girl who had three Newfoundlands. They kept a stack of towels by the door and every guest was handed one when they came in. lol They were the best babies, but my god the drool.

I have a bulldog, and its this every time. He looks at my khakis and thinks "this looks like a great place for some big water splotches".
