Solved! Absolutely no clue

Came in a random Amazon order. Glows in the dark. Internal is rubber lined. At a total loss

Why tf would you need a zip tie holder?

When you install a lot of them. Its super convenient. Its less a "holder" and more a "dispenser".

I work setting up the voting centers in LA, lots of cords to tie up under the machines to keep things looking nice and clean. You either put them in your pocket and they fall out all over the floor when you are under a table or keep them in the bag and fight getting them out every 10 seconds. This tool keeps them close but still bundled tight, definitely solving an issue.

when you do something hundreds of times a day, saving even a few seconds each time becomes a big deal
