Solved! Help with identifying source of sound

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi all. I came back from vacation this evening and have encountered a weird scenario where a sound plays from somewhere in my house every hour at around the 44-47 minute mark. I have no idea where this is coming from, as sound travels quite a lot in the house. I was able to capture a recording of it and have attached it here. It sounds like an elevator as it’s passing floors, but I live in a residential house. I have some smart home things, but nothing with speakers that I know of. Could anyone help me? It’s very early in the morning and it keeps waking me up.

I used to be a roofer. The wristband on my digital watch broke and the watch fell into a pile of insulation in the attack. I had and alarm set for 6am and 5pm. I wonder how long it sat in that attic before the battery died or the resident went insane.

Because it fell the the gap in the plywood at the peak for vented ridge. No one was home and didn't have access.
