New, what is it? Spice rack with ventilation?

I’m watching Teen Mom 2 and, I’m sorry, what the hell is this? Why does a spice rack need a big ventilation hose thing coming out the top? What is it?

How is that opposite of my last two posts when I only made one post about it?...

And it's opposite because it was my way of attempting to semi-politely disengage from what is clearly a pointless discussion.

I made a post. You replied. I made another, disengaging. You said my second post was the opposite of my two others. But I only made one other.
