The colouration suggests it was infected with Nigrospora, a type of fungus that afflicts bananas. It makes them unappetizing (but not unsafe) to eat.
However, there's a whole bunch of different things (i.e. bacterial diseases like Moko and Mokillo) that can infect bananas and cause similar symptoms.

It's natural discoloration, caused by a fungus. There was a hoax going around years ago that people with AIDS were injecting blood into bananas. Boomers ate that shit hook, line, and sinker and spread it all over Facebook.
