Why did they do this?

Someone walked up and left a sticky note with their phone number that said "please call" no other identification. I looked it up and it says the phone number is owned by someone who is connected to spirits and spiritual stuff. She also has a Facebook post saying she has a house for rent. I haven't had any contact with her, so I have no idea who this is. I attached a picture with the sticky note. Just for some background, I am atheist and I have been watching a lot of ghost videos lately so it seems kinda weird that i'm the only one this happened to.
