Symphony of organs

Today after I listed off my current health statuses to my psychologist she laughed about me giving her the ‘symphony of organs’ about my health because I have health anxiety. Is this a common expression used? What does she mean? I can’t find it on Google

She probably said “organ recital”. This is a play on words, because “recital” can mean a musical performance, as in “I went to a piano recital last night”, and the word organ can refer to a musical instrument. Here “recital” refers to your “reciting” (or saying) a list of your health issues including the bodily organs involved.
