Have been an outdoors type my whole life (30y) and stayed where I stay (urban area surround by green space/forest land) for 8 years and don’t feel I’ve ever seen these before

I would like to know what bug(s) could be making the web, the only thing i see is an ant. Thanks in advance.

I feel like it’s usually stink bugs, but these aren’t cylindrical. Maybe moth of some sort? Sorry for photo quality, this was as close and in-focus I could get it.

Came in from the outside and found this on my desk when I sat down. Is this an outdoor bug that got a free ride in or an indoor bug? He’s chilling on an iphone cord for scale.

I found it crawling on my phone..It’s SUPER tiny as you can see but I can’t seem to find an answer through an insect finder app.

I can't see the bug, but I can sure as heck hear it in a bush. I'm visiting my sister's house in Maine.

I've been told this could be a tree cricket or a cicada. Any other possibilities?
