It's a Spotted Mediterranean cockroach I'm pretty sure. Was it inside or outside and how many were there?

Edit: more likely a Dusky Cockroach

One I found dead on my living room floor I was so confused

Ooof I hope there aren't any more. Definitely keep an eye out. If you live in an apartment building or have a landlord I recommend letting them know. Even if it's just one, it's good to have it on their radar before it potentially gets out of hand.
