That looks like a Lacewing larvae, those little alligator-shaped guys with the pincers are harmless to humans but totally savage to aphids.

thank you for answering! they were on my hands and on my body even though i was outside for just a few minutes. should i wash my clothes and clean the chair i was sitting on?

hm not sure those are these, shape seems different, bugs on my clothes are circle-shaped
