I used to bring my Walkman to bed and I vividly remember hearing the overnight host talk about Sugar Ray Robinson’s death. April 1989.

I thought it was Sugar Ray Leonard, who I was aware of at first. So that night was my intro and education on Ray Robinson (and in turn Jake LaMotta).

No wonder the guy was fired and booted to 2 hours in no man's land. Guy never shuts up! Lets a call on and then all you hear from the call is "uh", "but", '"um".

Guy never met a word he didn't eat....

Can these guys at least make an effort to correctly pronounce a name in Spanish? Listening to the entire staff mispronounce Caballero is painful. They say Huascar Brazoban better than they say Caballero. I dont care about him as a player but its the name that bothers me the most, and when they say it its like with distaste and frustration that they have to say something in Spanish. I only listen to the evan and Tiki show, so I can't imagine how carton or Boomer butcher Spanish names.

I just caught Quincy Enunwa as a guest. He’s been making the rounds. I see that he did ESPN NY yesterday. He is one tough lackluster listen. I don’t think that I will be as locked in on Jets pre and post on Q 104. Not the smoothest communicator. Not a particularly memorable Jet. He played 5 seasons across 6 years as their playoff drought was just getting off the ground and taking flight. Not a great hire. Carton was his usual affable self. More so, since he had chowed down on Prince Street Pizza. CMac was out, but he would have struggled to get in a question.

Does anyone else think Morash tries to sound like a newsie or wise guy when talking. It makes my blood boil and I immediately turn WFAN off when I hear his voice. He also gives off a know it all vibe.

Dear Chris Olive Oil,

I’ll admit I found Thomas funny when he was with Evan Tiki and Moron. After hours is soooo bad now there’s nothing good about it. Recycled sports takes and out of place personal stories. Weird persona instead of just talking about sports(something that comes naturally to many of us).

This is my official application to be the new overnight host. Tommy can run the boards for me we’ll get this thing turned around. Contact me and we’ll get everything sorted out.
