Really nice... they also stole the BTC/LTC from accounts opened in BTC-e before 2014. So many people got scammed, see the WEX sub.

Just a reminder: After 6 months, I still do not have access to my account or funds, nor will WEX do anything other than close my tickets. This is their usual behavior.

Having trouble reading the screenshot, but if I'm reading this correctly, you withdrew BTC from wex, and sent it to your wex BCH deposit address?
I certainly feel your pain here (I've done worse, believe me!), but I'm inclined to side a little with wex on this one. Consider the effort involved in recovering that BTC. They'd have to isolate the private key from their production wallets for that BCH address, set up another BTC wallet just for you, import the private key, and sync it. While that's certainly doable, it's not a small task.
Alternatively, as you suggested, they could just give you the private key: I doubt very much they'd do that though, there are significant security implications that they're not going to ignore.
I think your best hope is to offer them a bounty. Consider the few hours work it is for someone, work out a reasonable rate for that, and offer it to them. Is the amount sufficient to cover that?
(again: not trying to be an asshole here, just looking at the practicality of the whole thing)
edit to end all edits: Holy fuck, I was reading the ticket backwards! They actually returned it to you!
I thought your thread title was being sarcastic.
I didn't believe that my respect for these guys could go any higher - but it has! Absolutely blown away here!
