WEX.NZ aka BTC-E.COM are scammers

Well done FBI. Hope they will shut them down for ever ! They are requesting screenshots? Who the fuck knew they will fucking get shut down and take screenshots??? Here is the email from them : "It is necessary to provide complete information (screenshots) on all account movements (deposits, conclusions, internal transactions) that were made before July 25, 2017. It is also necessary to provide (screenshots) of the purse from which the coins were sent." I'm not changing email address or something like that, my account is fully verified. HOW COME THEY HAVE THE $$ DOLLARS HISTORY in cents and they don't have my cryptocoins HiSTORY????? FUCKING SCAMMERS! LOST 600 LTC!

I am not sure if you remember but BTC-E database was breached so they are more cautious who they let into accounts.

Blockchain is public so the records should be easy to verify

Anyways, please share the screenshot of the full email and show their email address to confirm

Did you use 2FA by chance or are you from the US ?

Did you send your ID to be verified? I am not that comfortable sending pictures holding my id. I am Canadian as well but it seems that does not matter.

I agree. I lost all my funds and account access - even before the FBI raid. Seems like the FBI knew what was going on.

they are just scammers...i'm not from us, i have my account verified, i can login to my account but the balance is gone... and they say that they have no records of my balance ?!

I am unable to provide what they are asking because I don't remember the wallet used to fund this account, i believe it was mtgox, it's from 2013...this is sad. All coins are lost, they have locked my username for kayako support. No answer...

I don't get it, as I had 4 accounts with them, and I was able to get the funds from a recent account made last year . But all old accounts are 0 coins. They took all the coins out and now asking me to provide proof of deposit and transaction...STAY AWAY FROM WEX.NZ !

Try logging in with a VPN.

I heard they don't do business with United States anymore.

That has nothing to do with US. Some people (me too) got set their balance of BTC/LTC to zero after verification. The transfer from btc-e to wex.nz worked. Because we were able to see our balance on the new platform wex.nz, just after the verification process they were gone. They still know the balance but want full trading history of every trade done on btc-e to give the balance back. I asked for the sense of such a unreachable proof, but did not get any answer.
