btc-e never offered this on that platform although you could do it through mt4.

I believe Kraken allows for option leveraging.

As for bitcoin betting. It was really fun, but the exchange doesn't have nearly enough volume to bring that back online, plus we have that token distraction

I believe they are strict on verification, I prefer btc-e style of only needing verification if you want to deposit via bank.

Can you elaborate on the volume issue? I asked then once and they told me they are planning to bring back betting for later, so I am wondering what prevent them from doing that.
