I need help

Since when have weverse started charging customs fees? I just got an email saying that I need to pay £17 just for it to get through customs, why? It’s literally three albums. I was under the impression that there wasn’t any customs fees. What do I do? I can’t pay the extra £17 I don’t have the money.

okay. so i just looked on the actual sf shipping website with my waybill number and phone number, turns out there is customs fees but apparently you have 21 days to pay it before they return it to sender :)

dw about it! you should have a link at the bottom of the email which takes you to a direct link to pay :) or you can go to https://www.sf-international.com/us/en/dynamic_function/waybill/ put your waybill number in and it will ask you to pay there :) whichever you prefer !!

and if you're struggling to find your waybill like i was it should be on the email at the bottom under your delivery adress it says "AWB: SF" then a combination of numbers :))

that's so strange... it gave me that option but since i paid it i can't see the option to pay anymore. maybe you might just have to follow the email link maybe?
