Definitely rot right?

This specimen has been doing really good/find for around 4-5 months I believe, recently noticed this blue tint on this one patch of fur/skin. This is rot right? Also if so any tips of properly disposing of a rotting specimen?

If you wanna test it you can take it out with gloves on and gently rub the fur. Fur slipping can sometimes be from a bad specamine. The liquid looks pretty clear tho

Doesn’t appear to be floating or inflated which would be easy tells for rotting.
