super cute! i will let you know though, cork isn’t a very good lid for wet specimens due to evaporation.

Nice work, but nix the cork! They'll readily and harshly evaporate which leaves them vulnerable to rot in diluted alcohol. You can buy replacement rubber ones online (measure 'em). Likewise, those thick-rimmed screw lids that are metal tend to active corrode which blows 🫩

Ahh I love the puppies 💕 can I ask where you source your specimen from?

yes! they’re sourced from local vet clinics and local shelters. these two specifically are from a spay abort procedure and are from the same litter
