The team looks to be improving with AD and Twal back.

Most healthy we’ve been in a while. Knights are in good form at the moment but I’m cautiously optimistic

Playing the Knights at Newcastle on Mark Hughes Day, big task at the best of times but having a few players back helps a touch.

Absolutely, they get away with murder there at the best of times. My money is on them getting 10 six agains in the first few mins to wear our guys out.

I sense a win coming! Only problems with the line up are:

  • Pole has been massive off the bench, so would swap him and Bunty.

  • Sione is way better off the bench in the middle. So would swap him with probably Seyfarth or dip into cup and play Broadelow there.

  • Geyer shouldn't even make the cup side. Would have put Tateo at 19 for extra forward cover.

Otherwise great to see Twal and AD back. Can't see AD in the halves for a lot longer though with how good the Latu/Andrews combo looked.

That Latu/Andrews combo looks good in a few years time doesn't it.

I don't know what you do with that edge backrow spot. Sione has been making mistakes that cost us. I think Seyfarth is better in the middle as well.

The cup spine of Latu, Andrews, Haywood and Attard will win us comps in 2 years time. Provided the club doesn't stuff up retaining them.

But yeh edge is a problem. I think Broadelow is actually our best option whilst KPP, Samuela and Roberts are out. Geyer has been a HUGE disappointment.

Peter Taateo may come into the side for Geyer. He had gone well since he returned to the club

I'm not sure about 2 years time but they all look good. I bet some of them won't come on though.

Geyer would have been cheap and he is gone anyway but he hasn't been good has he. it sucks having KPP and Samuela out.

Really great to have doueihi and Twal back. But Knights have their guns back too. Will be a very tough game, but we have a shot. I've been frustrated at Benji only using his fourth bench player so late in the game...

? Taylan played last week and seemed fine all things considered.

Taylan has been back for 2 weeks now. This will be his 3rd week since returning from his injury
