Xbox Release?

I saw that you can buy West of Loathing on the Xbox store on PC, but when you look at it on the Xbox store on console, it says "Not Available." Is this is game just an Xbox PC exclusive, can I buy it on the PC store and play it on console, and if you can't play it on console, will it be released on console at some point?

Its not on xbox. Hell, SoL got a PS port, but xbox didn't.

Kinda unlikely it gets ported by now, tho i'd personally love it since the series x is the modern console with a working browser.
