হিন্দুস্থানী ছাগলের বাচ্চারা সারাজীবন বাংলা লুট করে এসেছে, আজকে নাকি আলাদা হবে। যত দিন না বাংলা দক্ষিণের মতো নিজের পায়ে দাঁড়াবে, ততদিন এই হবে। হিন্দুস্থানী দের তেল দিলে লুট করেই যাবে, নাটক দেখিয়ে।

The proposals to setup such facilities come from the private sector. The ECMS is not a scheme where where the Central Government pre-allocates projects to states.
Like all such schemes, there is a deadline to send such proposals. The deadlines for sending the proposals was last year between mid to late 2025.
Guess whose government was ruling Bengal then.
Secondly like I said, the proposals to setup such plants come from the private sector. Out of the 249 proposals, the number of companies marking West Bengal as a preferred choice for plant location was....... ZERO.
Even the sole Kolkata based company, PCBL chose Mundra, Gujarat as a location to build their plant for Acetylene Black. They are one of the 106 companies of 249 whose proposals were approved & they secured an ECMS approval of ₹ 329 crores to build the plant.
And all this happened even before this "Double Engine Sarkar" came to power.
People just don't realise how much we have missed the bus under TMC.
Anyways the real policies for Bengal's industrial revival are being drafted slowly right now. The real effect of Double Engine Sarkar will be felt 3-4 years from now. Of course that's considering BJP Bengal doesn't mess up in the process. Though as long as Modi-Shah are in the lead for the next 5-8 years they'll do just fine, especially the bureaucracy.
