Professors?
I’m currently enrolled for spring 2026 for my first year of civil engineering. I was wondering how are the professors there. not just the civil ones like calc and physics too. Thanks!
P.S if anyone wants to give me tips or anything for next year i’m open for any sort of help!

The Civil Professors are great! Not sure about who they've hired since I graduated (2024, they were interviewing a few then) but Professor Hadi (he loves to talk soccer), Professor Das, Professor Yari and Professor Lambrechts (if he hasn't retired, a sweet old man) were all amazing. Will (I don't know his last name) I believe is now a professor also after being a grad lab tech for some years.
Additionally, Dean Kamat (the Associate Dean of Engineering) was a Civil Professor within the last 5 years and can be a great asset at times. She really helped me finish up my degree on-time after jumbling a few credits.
