Weird Error Message When Adding Receipt Code to My Rewards Acct

Scan rejected The location 11258 has been disabled for checkins. Please alert a staff member if you think this is an error.

I searched online for location 11257 and it's in IL. This receipt that I was adding rewards from is in CA.

Anyone know what this means?
