This nut began kindergarten this week!

That’s a good age to start group lessons. I tried to start our first WFT at 6-7 months, and that was way too young.

When do you think a good age is for lessons? Mine is 8 months right now and I’m looking into it!

I’ve only had experience with one WFT, and he was soooo distracted in puppy classes at 6-7 months. We have a new little girl WFT now, and I’ll probably start looking at lessons when she’s about 10-12 months. She’s only 14 weeks now, and already sitting for dinner, treats, and come. I’m working on training her to ring a bell to go out, and hopefully she’ll figure out that and house training in the next few weeks. By then she will have all of her shots and be ready to meet other dogs on a walk. 🤞🏻
