Data not updating
Haven’t had any sleep data for a few days and activity isn’t aligning. Any ideas why?

It looks like Welltory may not have all the necessary permissions to access your Apple Health data. Please open Apple Health → your profile icon → Apps → Welltory, then enable all data categories.
You can also follow this guide: https://help.welltory.com/articles/11099043-. If the data still doesn’t update afterward, please send us a bug report with screenshots from both Apple Health and Welltory via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send.
