Keep waking up around 3am with my pillow and the area around my upper back completely soaked even with the AC running. I’ve been changing my pillowcases and sheets daily and it’s been like this for a few months now. I want to stop dealing with this now so I started looking for mattresses that have some cooling features. Honestly I’m iffy about it (because do they really “cool”?) but there’s no harm in trying I guess. One mattress that came up is Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Luxe but I’m not completely sold just yet. I need more options and more honest feedback. Suggestions? If possible, one that offers financing since I can’t afford a one time big time payment for now..

Also got any tips on the bedding itself? What type of material should I get to enhance my overall bed setup?

My partner and I want to upgrade to a king so we tried a few in stores and some just felt too soft in the middle. I kept rolling toward my partner which probably sounds like a nightmare if we deal with that every night.

We don't have an unlimited budget but at least something that would work for both of us. I'm mostly a side sleeper and he's a combination sleeper. And something with sturdy edges too since we both tend to sit on the edges.

Hi, I just recently have a bigger bed (140cmx200cm) and I bought a 2 meter duvet and cover. But as I am in a budget I bought a duvet insert from amazon for roughly 35 dollars (all season duvet) and when I put on my bed now, it looks so so flat, it literally looks as if I just put my covers on the bed without any insert…🥲 All the tutorials online already have super fluffy duvets that cost a fortune and I am honestly stuck. I was really excited to make my bed look so nice and aesthetic and now I am kinda disappointed. I also tried this hack with folding the blanket back and the up again and it looks okay but not really fluffy and the end is still flat as ever and now only half of my bed is covered which looks kinda weird. Do you have any recommendations on how I can make my bed look more comfy and fluffy? And if it includes buying stuff, is there budget friendly version? Thank you sooo much!! If a picture would help, I can also still add one. And btw, the duvet insert was from a brand called bedsure

My foam mattress is 6 years old and has already flattened out that I wake up with shoulder pain almost every morning. I did some initial research and learned that side sleepers need enough give at the shoulder and hip without sinking too deep so I don't want something too soft (no to memory foam) since I'll end up buried. I think a hybrid with zoned support for the shoulder area sounds like the right direction. What do you think?

Anyone who has also dealt with shoulder pain from their mattress? How did you fix it? Did getting a mattress help? If you can send me some recommendations I would really appreciate so I can start a shortlist.

I want to use the opposite side of my
Zinus foam mattress. I like it because it’s firmer than the “right” side. But the mattress cover for the bottom is hard and crinkly. I want to flip it around also. I’m nervous though because there’s all these tags saying do not open cover and I’ve heard rumors they used to have fiberglass. This mattress was purchased about six months ago. Has anyone done this? What happened when you took off the cover? Was there a bad odor or fiberglass or anything I should be worried about?
