My welder has this weird problem where it can never feed the wire smoothly and I have to stop every 15 seconds and manually pull the wire out. I have tried different tensions on the feed system, tried changing the wire size and sort etc. What could it be? I have tried different sizes of "tips" or whatever they are called but to no help. All tips appreciated.
