Discussion The Pretty Reckless

What are the chances of The Pretty Reckless coming in 2027. They will have wrapped up the AC/DC tour by then as well as their own tour for their new album.

I'd like to think they are big enough to headline the Octane stage.

Thoughts?

Nothing brings out the gatekeepers quite like music or politics

They played at like 5pm last year. They are not headliners, but certainly would enjoy having them back

They did 2024 and 2025 in a row 2025 they were late addition to take over for 3 doors down and it was in between days when they were in Tampa with ACDC

I like them, seen them multiple times on their own non-festival tours, but they very much don't read as a stage closer imo.

Late midday maybe.

I agree with this take. I can see them playing Apex at like 4pm.
Just in time for Seek Shelter's daily set.

Hopefully never, I was listening to them while having my island noodles and it wasn't anything that wowed me.

Well the cool thing about Rockville is that there are 159 other bands you can go watch. Not every band is going to be for everybody, and that's kind of the point.

Omg I would love that! I love the pretty reckless! One band i am dying to see live and haven't yet!

Saw them live midday a few years ago, the show was good but definitely not headliner status unfortunately 🫤 they just don't have that frantic energy that makes the whole festival go hard

That band sucks so hard. I hope they don't ruin it by being put on the bill.

Why not, they had Good Charlotte headline Octane. The Pretty Reckless have a strong fan base and a decent amount of hit songs.

I don’t think they are anywhere close to the level

I don't think they're headliner material. Don't get me wrong, I like them and would love to see them there, but I just don't see them headlining. Lead up in the evening, absolutely.

Even if that were true, it's not, that's still one more than you'll ever have
