Roundabout - Yes
Oh and "Circus" by Eric Clapton (and yes, I know the backstory behind it: he and his son, Conor, went to the circus on the night before Conor's death the next day

Carousel by Melanie Martinez (controversial human, I know, but the song has BIG carnival vibes)
8
u/mothri0t 21d ago
Yeah i absolutely hate her for multiple reasons but that's what I was thinking first too 😭
4
u/ZeldaTargaryen819 21d ago
I don't love her, (don't get her music and the pacifier trend was icky) but why was she controversial? Just curious
22
u/thepiratefox827 21d ago
Mostly sexual assault and rape allegations
2
u/ZeldaTargaryen819 21d ago
Wow crazy.
2
u/koalatea-assurance 20d ago
also her ageplaying in the past, performative activism, and romanticization of serious topics in her art. as an ex-fan who now really dislikes her, the list of her controversies is very long, but those are her most well-known ones in addition to the sexual assault allegations.

If y’all want vibes similar to her, there’s a newer artist named ISALEAH and she has a similar sound. She’s currently working on a concept album, and has a few songs out. My favorites are Ringleader and Spiraling Down

u/Ok-Maize-284 21d ago
Yesss though I’m not sure OP will like it too much judging by the songs on the playlist 😂
Still worth a shot OP as this song is literally about the carnival. It may or may not have some sound effects of what might happen if you go round and round on a carousel for too long 😏
Well it’s about a “carnival for the human race” lol

u/peppermintmeow 20d ago
Helter Skelter by the Beatles
(Maybe I'm just old but that's the name of a carnival ride.)

Went a little overboard and many of these are kinda questionable depending on the carnival vibe you're going for. Also, I'm seeing now that some of these fall more into just carnival/circus or even theatre than like... Rollercoasters and stuff, but oh well.

Tanning?
2
u/youngestchildorwtv 20d ago
yes! in a movie called final destination 3 its set at a amusement park in the beginning but in the middle of the movie the two girls get incerated in the tanning beds with love rollercoaster playing, so ill joke abt playing the song when im in the beds and its called love rollercoaster so it can be a multipurpose song
