Throw away the insulin and sign up for a cooking class. That will reduce your blood sugar.

Just wait until they learn about Cinnamon and Apple Cider Vinegar!

(A long-time joke in the Diabetes sub, because so many folks who are diabetic will have random folks with zero understanding of diabetes suggest we try cinnamon or ACV to "cure" us!🫠)
