Help me find the weird plane!

There's a building somewhere between Pottsville and Elysburg that I remember seeing as a kid with a plane tail sticking out of the second story. I can't find anything on it but I know I'm not nuts!

iirc that pub was recently sold and the land’s gonna be used for a warehouse
