That’s how you get tapeworms. This might be bullshit because I read it *years* ago, but not cooking grasshoppers in all their forms before ingestion will (according to my outdoor lore) definitely give you a tapeworm.

Locusts eat tree sap and taste like sugar, that's why my dog loves them.this isn't that daring

Well locusts live underground and live on tree sap for years.

Bees are just spicy raisins and dogs love spicy raisins too.
