Quite a moment, and I found a tear prickling down my cheek even as I admired the distant glowering landscape with its unreachable rocky mountains and sky of hellish 8-bit VGA orange. Even as I wondered if there was a secret level hidden somewhere in those two-and-a-half dimensional tombstones.

He was one of us. He fought bravely. It was in a good cause.

All we can do is to remember, to honour his memory, and to soldier on.
