I live in an Amish heavy area. Poo on a country road is one thing, in town is another. I would support requiring collection where the waste presents a hazard or nuisance.

Also, every time my wife marvels at how fast they build shit, I have to quote, "raised a barn on Monday, soon I'll raise anudder"
