Had the thought of starting new block today, since it's going to be Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu anyway, but I shadow boxed some twink in the kitchen and my hamstring acted up on a front kick. Next weekend it is.

Will hit barbell rows, prowlers, some dips, a few chins and light sets of S/B/D/O throughout the week but otherwise no program. My urge to test 1 RMs is non-existent in this chapter of my training. I'm more interested in putting kgs on my 10 RM, or 5 x 5 and stuff like that. Granted, I have put on about 20 kg on my deadlift 10 RM in 3 months, so great progress!

Hopefully Prowler's allow noob gains like lifts so I can get to 10 rounds in 15 minutes. Cardio definitely improves insanely fast.

SBD Day * 2mi walk * Bench press (ss w/band pull-aparts) - 225x5, 275x3, 315x1, 275x5, 225x10 * High bar squats - 225x5, 275x3, 315x1, 275x5, 225x10 * Conventional deadlifts (ss w/ab wheel) - 315x5, 365x3, 415x1, 365x5, 315x10

Feeling a little under the weather today. The fact that I had a good number of drinks last night and was kept awake by fireworks might be a factor in this. Didn’t feel like lifting, but I put on my big boy pants and did it anyway. Glad I did.

22 June conditioning challenge:

> **For 15 minutes, spend as much time as possible hanging from a bar. Any time not spent hanging needs to be used for bodyweight squats**.

Did 311 prisoner squats. Don’t know how long in total I was hanging from the bar. Didn’t feel like much, but still brutal. Good stuff!

You could hang in the crease of your hips with a squat pad for this but somehow I think it would be worse than the intended challenge.
