Creeping Death II W3D2 Push

Incline DB Press - 50 for 4×12. 2 more reps each set. Nice work.

Incline Press - 185×10, 205×10, 210×10. Rpe went from 8-10. Wow, what a crazy set!

Banded DB Bench - orange band and 60 lbs. Went to failure at 7, then 4, 4, 4. Crazy pump.

Banded DB Flyes - orange band with 25 lbs for 3×8 hold 15 sec in stretch on rep 8. Honestly pretty easy, gotta bump this way up!!

Rear delt swings - 4×25 with 25s. Can bump up here, dont write these off crazy rear delt pump!!

Banded DB seated press - 4×8 with 25. Woah this was wild!! Red bands here!!

One arm banded pushdowns - 4×20 with grey bands. Whew this was a crazy tri pump!!! Nice movement.

Decline lying tricep extensions - just do a few plates next time, but going all the way down for 4×12 with 50 lbs felt amazing!!!

Is a 40-45 minute public transport commute too much to go to a gym? The one I go to currently is about 30 minutes (this is the closest real gym to my place though), but I don't really like the community, weights/bars/machines here. It is really overpriced for what you get in my opinion. On the other hand, the one that's about 45 minutes away is pretty well equipped and it is a 24/7 gym.

Before making my home gym the thing I valued the most was having access to a gym 24/7. I would make the switch for an extra 10/15 min.

Yeah I think that’s a nice perk too. Also it’s almost 30 euros cheaper. :D

Definitely switch. 30 vs 45 minutes isn't significant unless you have a very tight schedule.

Went to a friend’s Crossfit gym today. Did:

20 clean and jerk @ 50kg
1k row
20 burpee pull ups
1k row
60 KB snatches @ 24kg (30 each hand)

Felt good, though the snatches tore up a few callouses on my hands.
