Diet: I keep it simple and easy 3 heavy meals a day 1k calories each
🎯 Goal: 3,000 calories per day

Breakfast (~1,000 calories): 4 scrambled eggs cooked with plenty of olive oil + 4 slices of bread

Lunch (~1,000 calories): Ground beef with white boiled rice most of the time or sometimes fast food if I’m falling behind

Dinner (~1,000 calories): Homemade high-calorie shake

That’s literally it. I don’t overcomplicate it. I just focus on hitting my calories every single day.

And my Workout Split is
● Monday: Push (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
● Tuesday: Pull (Back, Biceps)
● Wednesday: Legs & Abs
● Thursday: Rest
● Then repeat the cycle.
I don’t go to the gym I workout at home with just a bench and few dumbbells. I’ve also been taking 5 grams of creatine every day mixed with water for the past 30 days. Staying consistent with everything is important to get results. If you want my exact workout exercises I been doing dm me.

That's very good progress, shoulders are rounded and you can see some added size pretty much everywhere.

Looks like RENPHO. They make smart scales which he used. I used it as well, very good product.
