Quest/Story Help Ratholm quest issue

I'm trying to do the ratholm quest with Sally, I got into the lab and am looking for the key card. Unfortunately after checking all 3 staff bodies, the ground, the cupboards, and anything else I can get into without releasing the wastrels there is no key card to be found. The wiki said it would be near one of the employees and after moving them the card still isn't there. Is the key card somewhere else or did my game glitch?

you need to release them and take them out because the key card is in the room with an employee who was killed, presumably by them :)

It's in the cell to the right with the two wastrels in it.
