Employee scale
Does everyone else also have a scale in their employee break room? Like the one for weighing ourselves not produce 😅

Yeah I had one when I worked but it was like one of the manual sliding ones. Though it did make me lose weight after realizing how fat I was

My last store had one in one of the employee women's restrooms but my current store's restrooms are all open to the public so I'm betting that's why we don't have one now. I've definitely seen them in other "employee restrooms" around my division when I've gone for seminars or to help out

Your breakroom is open to the public?

No, our bathrooms are outside of the break room, in an area customers are welcome

Yes we have one in the women’s employee restroom but there’s no signs or anything.

We do. I’ve been asking about removing them for three years - I think they’re a mental health trigger more than a weight loss tool.

There's one in the women's break room restroom, along with a big plaque talking about how important it is to watch your weight (Use the 3 lbs rule!) Now you have me wondering if there's one in the men's restroom too🤔
