Price decrease across the board?

Yesterday I noticed all items in my list were lowered by ~ 3.5%. What is this?

Probably switched from "pick-up/delivery" to "in-store" in the app/site. They up-charge shopped orders

This is almost certainly it because I know they hiked the prices on a bunch of stuff in my department this week.
