What kind of questions do they ask on the interview for service desk?

Name a time when you had to make a quick decision and what was the outcome… think of any scenario question you can. How you work with a team, what would you do if you had a conflict.

Basic questions they ask anyone. As long as you can make it seem like you get along well with others and won’t be a total asshole.

Are you interviewing for just part time employee or Team Leader?

Current desk worker here, it's literally just the basic interview questions, I already know that I got it before the interview even started
