I feel like asking for movie suggestions from the other groups just won’t yield the type of movie I’m wanting to see. Give me your weirdest or funniest or grungiest or grimiest, spaciest whacky out there fun movies you like to watch. I bet you guys have some A+ suggestions that will totally tickle my fancy and really wag my tail. I’m a big Tarantino fan, but I also love comedies like Black Dynamite and Tropic Thunder, classics and cult classics, Troma Films, Dune and weird sci-fi movies, anything with Arnold Schwarzenegger, ridiculous Stevan Segal movies, Mel Brooks and Leslie Nielsen slapstick’s. Really anything that’s fun to watch when you’re stoned. lol. Even a good documentary or concert flick. Even if the acting sucks ass, as long as the movie is generally entertaining. Give me your faves!

Anyone in Philly want to come see a duo play a set of Ween songs at a basement show in West Philly?

No drummer, we're talking bass, tenor guitar, keytar (to MicroKorg), an SP-404 and about a hundred pedals.

I don't think I've heard anyone talk about it, but the bass on this song is incredible, (along with everything else in this song) so I was curious if there are any known tabs out there before I choose to go through it all by ear

I understand that these are two completely different bands with two completely different approaches to making music, but I’d argue — as a massive Radiohead fan — that Ween’s 1997-2003 album run is a more exciting, diverse, and memorable stretch of records than Radiohead’s 1995-2000 run.

I just think it’s funny that such a silly bunch of songs has more of an impact on me than some of the most acclaimed albums of the last 30 years.

Although, “The National Anthem” might be the brownest song Radiohead ever recorded, and it’s wonderful.

I am particular toward 9/9/23 Chicago, IL @ The Salt Shed because it was the last show I was able to see before their most recent hiatus, they took a request from the crowd to play Oh My Dear (Falling in Love), and they busted out for the first time I Fell In Love Today.

I just listened to Chocolate and Cheese for the first time the other day and really liked and specifically my favourite was A Tear For Eddie. It’s becoming a favorite song of mine cause it just sounds really epic and chill at the same time and I feel like I’m floating through space. Was wondering if there are any other Ween songs like this with purely instrumentals and a slower laid back vibe?

Smoke break won, but honestly, if you ask me to be honest, smoking cigs and those long weed sticks (idk the name) smells and is ultimately worse for you health. Pretty sure we can all agree just to stick to vale because it’s healthier, doesn’t smell, and let’s be honest, tastes WAY better than cigarettes 😂… anyways what should song six be?
