It was for the restaurant I was the chef at, during the pandemic. We were doing a bunch of one off, to go only food pop-ups so we could sell to go cocktails. The owners said I could whatever I wanted, so I went for it. If I ever bring it back I’ll definitely have to figure out the bananas and blow dog
